Devious Master

Devious Master is the most mischievous Shmooble that isn't a resident of Evil World. Having committed bank heists, robbery, and all out tomfoolery across the Tri-Shmoob area, he's worked up a reputation to fix his name. He is currently banned from 39 U.S. States. Those states being Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
