Timeline

Preface

The Shmooblesworld timeline is quite complicated and contains a lot of isolated events. So, in order to make this comprehensive, I will have a list of events of known time in chronological order, and at the end will be a list of events that have an unknown date but are still important to know for the overall lore. Additionally, there will be some educated guesses made throughout the timeline that weren't explicitly noted in the Shmooblesworld index or discord. These will be marked in green to indicate that they are tentative, and can be changed when more lore comes out (not done yet).

Now, in order to place these events chronologically, some important assumptions are made. Some of these include:

1. Shmoobles either live a very long time or do not die due to age (Melvin, for example, is 412 years old!)
2. The ideas of disease, war, famine, and death did not exist until the horsemen of the apocalypse were put into shmooblesworld.
3. Shmooblesworld is a world very similar to ours. However, mainly because no archeological records exist of shmoobles in this universe, the universe that these shmoobles existed in is actually different from ours.

Regarding the timeline, there is some important nomenclature to keep in mind:

• BSG: Stands for "Before Shmlebby's Gift." This is the main way the dates will be written, but they currently have no real-world conversion to BCE or AD.
• Nothing else lol

Before Shmlebby's Gift (BSG)

Beginning of Time

• Shmlebby creates Shmooblesworld out of primordial goo.

3500 BSG

• Ostrich is born, along with 4 other shmoobles:

1. Grunt the Brave,
2. Thag the Wise,
3. Blorg the Fearless,
4. Og the Curious.

Note: Because Death was not born yet, these shmoobles are immortal (SPECULATIVE)

2000 BSG

• Gark is taken into the future by Bridget.

1232 BSG

• An Ice Age is started by Evil Edward Spider.

0 BSG

• Jotchua is created by Shmlebby, brings good into the world.

After Shmlebby's Gift

All the dates here will be in AD, as we use currently in our universe. Again, that is not to say that their universe is the same, but the events that happen and when they happen are pretty close to our current time. Unfortunately, there is no current translation between BSG and AD, so it is unknown how much later these events happen after the Birth of Jotchua, but it is known that they all occur after.

Sometime Before 196 AD (SPECULATIVE)

• 5 Horsemen of the apocalypse are born and their characteristics along with them:

1. Pestilence (Real name: Miller)
2. War (Real Name: Crowley)
3. Famine (Real Name: Stuhldreher)
4. Death (Real Name: Layden)
5. (Honorary) Doctor Stephen*

*Also goes by Doctor Steven or Doctor Steve N.

1323 AD

• Gark is brought by Bridget to this time and kills a dragon with just his stick.

1612 AD

• Melvin is Born.

1832 AD

• Melvin kills 97 Shmoobles (including dinosaur and dragon shmoobles) in the “Great Shmooble Massacre” of ‘32.

1864 AD

• Bridget invents the Soap Dispenser

1956 AD

• Ranch is born on October 12th

1967 AD

• Captain Blackbeard and Shiver Me Licker have an “EXPLOSIVE” battle on March 14.

1976 AD

• The Baller balls for the first time outside his home in New Hampshire.

1997 AD

• All Ears brainwashes Ears into stealing Nears' ears.

2003 AD

• Birthday Boy's Party of '03 lasts from 2003 - 2004 AD

1. Shredder plays a sick solo,
2. Garden Defender defends the lawn.

• Awesome Sauce invents his sauce

2023 AD

• Connection between Schmooblesworld and our universe is opened in the form of Shmooblesworld.com on September 29th.

After Shmooblesworld.com

After the shmoobles are connected, we get to visibly see the life these shmoobles lived and take part in their story. As a result, we get a lot more of what happens and in higher detail.

2023 AD

• Jokester creates Frankenshmoobs Monster on October 20th

2024 AD

• Micheal clones every Shmooble on January 14th
• Quiet Large joins the Hearers April 5th
• The Purpler turns Shmooblesworld.com purple April 8th
• 5 Days of Shmooblesworld.com Event (June 23rd - June 27th)

1. Jokester vandalizes every wiki page at the time (6/23),
2. Digital Phillip gets corrupted and ruins the website (6/24),
3. Safety Cat escapes confinement, most shmoobles migrate over to the new website for safety (6/25),
4. Fancy Joklipip escapes confinement and reverse time on the website leading to an alternate timeline (6/26),
5. Dark Phillip creates a black hole in this new timeline, sending the rest of the Shmoobles back forward in time to the new website (6/27).

• Shmooblesworld.com 2.0 is made June 29th
• Apple Core Nears is eaten by Gilbert the Fish on August 12th
• Dark Evil Tuesday Night is killed in a plane accident on September 9th
• Shmooblesworld Festival (September 21st)

1. Large fire breaks out, killing a member from nears' very large extended family.

2027 AD

• The licker solar eclipse happens.

1. Note: It could also be that the licker became the sun, it is not 100% known what the picture in SHMOMA means.

2094 AD

• Digital Grillip wins best Shmooble award.

List of Chronologically Unknown Events

These events are pretty important to the lore and to the universes in general, but they have no specific date they can be placed at with the knowledge we know. If anyone has any clues to when these things can happen, please edit the wiki to reflect the truth!

• Nage goes on murdering spree, was created in lab by “Gradie”
