Having committed bank heists, robbery, and all out tomfoolery across the Tri-Shmoob area with his Organization Evil Corp, he's worked up a reputation to fit his name. He is currently banned from 39 U.S. States. Those states being Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Devious Master is the Founder and President of Evil Corp. Other members of Evil Corp include The Licker, Fancy Licker, The Jokester, Satan, and Chill Guy (Honorary). He is main conspirator for the heists and robberies all across Shmooblesworld, being the lead coordinator for each one.
