He is not one to think much, as the [[Shmooblesworld (Website)|Website]] says he's only had 6 total thoughts.

The Licker was coerced into joining [[Evil Corp]] by [[Devious Master]] to be his partner in crime. First he committed petty theft by [[Devious Master]]'s side, then they moved onto heists using his various separate identities ([[Fancy Licker]] and [[The Jokester]]).
